Ozempic
Ozempic is a prescription medication that contains semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist used to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes. It works by stimulating insulin release, reducing glucose production in the liver, and slowing digestion. Ozempic can also support weight loss as a secondary benefit. It is typically administered as a once-weekly injection.
Zepbound
Zepbound is an FDA-approved medication containing tirzepatide, designed for chronic weight management in adults who are overweight or obese. It works by activating two natural hormone receptors, GLP-1 and GIP, which help control appetite, slow digestion, and regulate blood sugar. Saxenda
Saxenda is an FDA-approved prescription medication that contains liraglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist used for chronic weight management. It works by mimicking a natural hormone that helps control appetite, slow digestion, and promote a feeling of fullness. Saxenda is typically prescribed for adults who are overweight or obese and is used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. It is administered as a once-daily injection.
*Compounded medications are patient-specific medications prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider based on a medical assessment and compounded in a 503(A) Compounding Pharmacy or 503(B) Outsourcing Facility. Compounded medications do not undergo pre-market review or an FDA-approval process. They may differ in efficacy, safety, risk, and side-effect profiles from commercially available or FDA-approved drugs. Data from clinical trials on FDA-approved medications should not be used to make assessments related to compounded medications.

Medical Metabolic Rate Analysis
The FDA-Approved REEVUE® system measures the oxygen that your body consumes. Using this measurement we calculate your Resting Energy Expenditure (REE), commonly referred to as a Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR). These measurements allow our physicians to screen for abnormally low metabolic rates and pinpoint the precise caloric intake required for weight loss, maintenance, or weight gain.  Applications include nutritional assessments required to treat obesity as well as obesity related diseases such as metabolic syndrome, sleep disorders, diabetes, and thyroid disorders.
